Dental Consult: See a dentist to evaluate how you can achieve a better cosmetic smile. It might require orthodontics, laminates, crowns, periodontal (gum) procedure, aesthetic re-contouring or combinations of these techniques.

Surgery: The only way to make teeth smaller is to reduce the actual size of the teeth with reshaping, veneers, crowns, etc. Note that quite often when teeth are properly positioned (orthodontics) the effect is a more pleasing, harmonious smile. Best solution is often to have orthodontic specialist place teeth in best positions to create platform for the least invasive, best quality, restorations.
