Many scenarios: Top 2 front teeth (centrals) supposed to be about 20% larger than next teeth back (laterals). Congenitally missing permanent laterals, with over-retained even smaller baby laterals, is not uncommon. Prominence of central incisors, either vertically or horizontally, can make them appear overly large. Another problem may be gum position on the teeth. See both family dentist ; orthodontist.

Usually: A consultation with a good general dentist (or prosthodontist) and orthodontist can usually come up with a good treatment plan to satisfy your aesthetic needs. A typical scenario would include ceramic crowns on your lateral incisors (with or without orthodontic treatment). There are other possibilities. Go for some consults.
