Wondering if it's okay to get oreos stuck in your teeth?

No, not really: You really don't want any food "stuck in your teeth". The bacteria in your mouth would have a field day with all that sugar. Keep your teeth clean by brushing and flossing to help prevent cavities.

Not really: Cavities occur when bacteria convert food debris into acids which make a hole in the tooth. Remove the bacteria by brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock, and cleaning between teeth 1x/day w floss or floss substitutes. Ask your dentist for choice of what's best for you. After meals, if you can't brush off the food debris, at least take a mouth full of water, swish, swallow.
