Whiten/Veneers: I'm not sure how white is "really white" that you would like to get. Whitening is a great one to consider, but do consult with your dentist. S/he can show you the current shade of your tooth as well as possible "goal" shade. Place the shade tab against your teeth. If that is white enough, you may want to whiten. If that is not white enough, veneers can be very, very white and may be what you want.

See your dentist: Crest white strips professional or sheer white strips (dispensed by dentist) are fine for people with lightly discolored teeth. For people with darker teeth, sensitivity issues or desire very white teeth, you should see a dentist for their evaluation and treatment recommendations. Zoom! is great for average teeth but I have had fantastic results with kor deep bleaching for moderate to dark teeth.
