A member asked:

I've got a sore foot and just found out it's sesamoiditis. any tips on easing the pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Arnold Beresh answered

See below: The best thing to do is to keep weight off the area of the foot. May want to try an orthotic with a cut out pad to stop the sesamoid from hitting the ground.
