Bite Guard: There are may different types of occlusal orthotics. Perhaps you bite guard is not the best type for the cause of your pain. Perhaps it requires adjustment, you should have had multiple adjustments by now. Return to the Dentist who fabricated your alliance, the practitioner that did your diagnostic evaluation, and discuss your situation.
