Three things:: Take some otc pain medication, rinse with warm salt water and most importantly see your dentist as soon as possible to determine whether or not you have an infection and if that tooth needs to be removed.

See your dentist: If you have intense pain and difficulty swallowing related to an infected wisdom tooth, you need to see your dentist asap. An infected wisdom tooth can progress to a very serious problem if left untreated.
