Do you mean : A portable diagnostic us machine or an ultrasound therapeutic unit? The first for imaging can help with injections, but I am assuming you are asking about the therapeutic machine. These can be very helpful delivering waveforms up to three to four centimeters under the skin, allowing for deeper muscular and myofascial relaxation, almost like a sound wave massage. These can be very advantageous.
