Stress has taken a toll on my body, and have symptoms of low immunity (chronic inflammation issues), at 27 yrs old. Plan to improve lifestyle. How can I improve my immune system? Regular exercise, healthy eating, sleep? Anything else?
I have CFIDS, but was told it's not autoimmune. However, doc says my immune system being out of whack causes my aches/weakness/inflammation. So how is it NOT an autoimmune issue if my immune system is "misfiring" and causing all of this? Confused!

I have CFS and "immune dysfunction". It's been explained my immune system responds with inflammation then I feel flare ups. My inflammation markers are normal during flare ups- so would anti-inflammatory meds be pointless to help me?
