Higher dose topical corticosteroid ointments, better skin hygiene, more frequent moisturization, chlorine baths, wet wraps, phototherapy, oral antibiotics, calcium/vitamin D supplementation, or more aggressive systemic medications like anti-inflammatories or immune-modulators.
