No shrinkage: Kidneys are organs which contain mostly fluid which is non-compressible. Therefor, no changes in size is seen due to the increase of pressure which the body is experiencing under water. A diver at any depth, feels no pressure on his/her body except of course in some cavities which contain air and are encased in bone (ears, sinuses)
