Aare dust mites bad for everyone or just people with asthma?

They're everywhere!: Dust mites are actually everywhere in our environment. Some patients are allergic and they are the people for whom exposure can be bad for them as they develop increased allergic symptoms, sometimes including asthma symptoms. Attempts at avoidance are important for allergic patients to do although this is very difficult!

Allergy trigger: They are a common allergen and many people are allergic to those. So they can trigger allergy symptoms and can also trigger an asthma exacerbation. Not everyone is reacting the same way, though.
