Probably spotting: From your history it is unlikely that you are pregnant. It is not that uncommon to miss a menstrual cycle, but still have the premenstrual symptoms associated with it - breast tenderness, water retention etc are pretty common premenstrual symptoms. Mucous and light spotting would account for your findings. If symptoms don't resolve in a week then see your Dr.
