My 7 years old son has an eye problem, he has -0.75, how can i take care of him, what vitamins should i give him?

Glasses: This is myopia: "nearsighted" it is a relatively common refractive problem with the eye. He simply needs glasses and your eye doctor and you should determine when he should wear them. Vitamins will have no effect.

Early myopia: As the eye grows, nearsightedness (myopia) can start at some time. Your son has been found to have the early changes of myopia and likely will need higher power as he grows. If there are no other problems, this is just an issue of increasing eyeglass power and later contact lenses when he is old enough to personally care for them. Vitamins have no effect in this situation.
