Possibly no: Although Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and melatonin are ordinarily safe to take together, and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is usually safe to take during pregnancy, melatonin is probably not. Melatonin is a natural hormone and the effects of the larger amounts found in supplements on the developing baby is unknown. Discuss the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with you obstetrician.
