Surgery: If you have a tumor on your ovary, you need it biopsied or removed. If you don't have insurance, go to the emergency room of the local hospital with the best cancer program, and tell them that you have bad abdominal pain. They will have to get a ct scan to rule out appendicitis, and once they see the tumore, they are required by law to treat you, regardless of your ability to pay.
