Ovulation: It seems the pain you describe may be related to ovulation. Although you feel it only on the right, it doesn't mean you only ovulate from the right side, only that the irritation from the released egg may be from there. It may also result from a persistent cyst within the ovary. You should see your doctor to find out if there is something else going on.
