How would you know if you pregnant when your tubes been tied for years?

Pregnancy tests: Your tubes are tied but your ovaries are working and you still have periods? It is possible that the small sperm can go thru and fertilize the egg causing abdominal pregnancy. There still would be positive pregnancy test and a gestational ring by ultrasound. If you suspect you are pregnant you need to see your doctor as if it is so, something has to be done.
