Inflammation: It is difficult to discern what is really wrong with limited information. Esr goes up in inflammation. Tsh goes up when the thyroid is not working and not producing thyroid hormones. Inflammation in the thyroid can make it under active and can cause both problems. In addition ESR goes up in many problems and nonspecific including malignancy. It is best to see a doctor to sort it out, please.
