No, it depends: Obviously you don't have to take coq10, esp. If your heart is ok. While i recommend coq10 for heart failure ; high blood pressure, it has other benefits ; is likely beneficial as an anti-aging agent ; may help prevent a variety of illnesses associated with aging.
