Journal it first: If it is stress related, it would happen during the stress and disappear as stress go away on its own or it is released with relaxation e.g. Trough meditation. The simplest way to find the correlation is to journal the times of stress and the pressure. If there is no correlation consider sinuses problem. Close your eyes with intention to relax them, deepen it to the point of feeling warmth.
