Sure: There are many specialist, even internists who could help you. Ortho dr. Could keep working on your knee issues, but you may benefit form treatment and a work up for the pe and blood clot issues as well. Doctors that would be of help include hematologists, pulmonologists, general internists, intensivists, etc. Good luck.
