Maybe hiatal hernia: You may have a hernia where a small portion of your stomach passes up through your diaphragm. I would recommend seeing a physician for a thorough history and exam. With limited history, this is one of the first things that come to mind, but in that area, could be a number of things, including colon issues near the splenic flexure. See a doc to rule out any serious issues. Best of luck!
