There is a moderate: Contraindication. Use of these medications together can cause: sedation, confusion, dry mouth, visual changes, flushing etc.

Pharmacist: 10 mgs of Amitriptyline is a low dose and i doubt there would be a significant interaction with small amounts of nyquil. Check with your pharmacist to be sure.
