I have a terrible cold and i take 150mg of sertraline a day. i'm reading that i can not take nyquil, what is safe to take?

Depends: If you have fever, take some Tylenol (acetaminophen). Things like Nyquil do not do anything to treat the cold. Drink plenty of water and get some rest.
