I have a very healthy diet, lots of fibers and reduced gluten. i have very large stools and am not constipated. i go every day. is this a concern?

Fiber in the Diet: I commend you for having very healthy diet for Good Health. Feel good about not being constipated, and moving your bowels every day. It is likely that “very large stools” are due to excessive Fiber in the diet. Consider decreasing: • Beans • Whole grains • Bran Cereal • Oatmeal
