Rule out changes 1st: If healthy then what has changed in the past few months that may have caused or contributed to these headaches? Change in vision, new glasses, allergies, diet changes, stress increases, have you moved into a different residence, new work environment, new medication, odors (cologne etc) -just to name a few possibilities. This is a start, if you rule out all changes, then see your doctor.
