Find another Dr: If Suboxone was helpful for you try to find another prescribing provider in your area, you can use the Suboxone website or buprenorphine physician and treatment program locator buprenorphine.Samhsa.Gov/bwns_locator/. Vivitrol is another option however still would be helpful to find an addiction specialist to help you.

Uncertain.: “Prevention of relapse after opioid detoxification; to be used only after patient has been opioid-free for 7-10 days and after negative naloxone challenge (no symptom withdrawal after naloxone administration)” REF: https://reference.medscape.com/drug/vivitrol-revia-naltrexone-343333. A limited number of Dr.'s can prescribe Suboxone to a limited # of patients.
