More Suboxone?: It sounds like you might benefit from taking a higher dose of suboxone, but do not adjust your dose without first and always discussing with your prescribing physician. If your cravings for drugs were less on more suboxone, you may need an increase. Suboxone is not a cure. You probably need and could benefit from regular attendance at support group meetings like na. Your not ready for vivitrol.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has nothing to do with suboxone. Suboxone is for opiates only /treats any opiate addiction. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a stimulant. If you feel that you're abusing Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) this is why Suboxone treatment and any drug treatment needs psychological support and therapy. Simply put you have a habit of solving problems with medication. The underlying treatment for all of this is psychological support.
