Unlikely: Is there someone else who uses that toilet who has hiv? If not-there is no worry. Hiv is of very low infectivity and requires human to human contact. Most with HIV are on treatment which lowers, sometimes to zero, the viral count making transmission unlikely. Hiv usually quickly dies on a toilet seat but would require the virus to be on the skin. All of these are unlikely. No worry.
