Swollen face: Depending on the location of the wisdom teeth and the amount of bone removed, swelling after the sugery is not uncommon. Make sure to follow the post-op instructions given to you by the surgeon, and the swelling will resolve. If the swelling does not begin to subside after 7 days, call your surgeon.

Maybe normal: If the swelling is not increasing, is normal. If it's getting worse, you may have an infection. See the dentist who pulled the tooth.
