See a doctor: A pink spot is not likely to be skin cancer, but you should see a dermatologist if it has not gone away.

See your doctor: Sometimes, it is not easy to differentiate a small basal cell carcinoma. Many times, it looks pinkish-just exactly the same as your skin color. If the spot/growth does not go away, bring it up to your doctor and your doctor can refer you to a dermatologist for better evaluation. Good luck.

Have it checked out: Any spot on the skin which looks abnormal and won't heal up in a reasonable amount of time (2 weeks or so) should be checked out. It may be nothing, but the sooner a cancer is caught, the better the chance of cure.
