Good thing!: Certainly older generations did more physical activity, were less likely to be overweight when young, did not eat crap processed foods. Are generation will see an epidemic of obesity, diabetesm hypertension, and heart disease. At least there is one good thing. If you have family longevity. That means you might inherit "good" genes. But you must remain active, eat right, and not get fat!
