Adenoma = benign: An adenoma, including a hürthle cell adenoma, is a benign tumor of the thyroid gland. Surgery is curative. I'm not sure why you are having thyroglobulin (tg) measurements done, but as long as you TSH is staying in range (and 0.8 is in range), you should not any reason to worry about your thyroid.
