Context: If you had a recent concussion or mild traumatic brain injury, then this MRI finding suggests an area of bruising of the brain that is now recovering. If no recent injury, then this suggests some other process causing inflammation in that region of your brain (and there are many possible causes of inflammation other than injury). Your doctor can tell you more.

Depends: The t2 changes can be benign, or be an indication of an ongoing process. The results need to be put in context of your symptoms, the reasons for the scan. Your doctor can evaluate you and decide if these changes need further workup.
