Intake: Usually its a problem of intake of fluids- most people do not take in enough fluids. An average person should take in close to a gallon of fluids a day. The pancreas is involved in digestion of fats, carbohydrates and metabolism of sugar. If there was a problem in sugar metabolism- you would urinate more, from sugar spilling into your urine.
