Check for gout: Your symptoms are of arthritic pain. Gouty arthritis is one condition that can be triggered by drinking. See your pcp.

Could be a number of: Things. I would recommend avoiding drinking and see your pcp just to make sure there are no other issues you are just noticing when you feel poorly. If it is just related to drinking, it could be related to dehydration, which could cause some joint pain but not normally tingling in fingers. You may also be noticing some increased inflammation which can be aggravated by alcohol. Worse with wine?Ra?
