Try psychotherapy.: They use kava kava for anxiety but even this has side effects. If you don't want anti-anxiety medications, try to find a behavioral therapist. Your pcp is yo999999999999ur best bet to get referred to one.

Tulsi, theanine, mag: Many supplements are very helpful for anxiety, including herbs like tulsi (holy basil),valerian, passionflower & ashwagandha, amino acids like theanine & tryptophan, B vitamins & magnesium. However, also consider meditation, exercise, counseling &homeopathy. Make sure you get enough rest & a healthy diet.Consider EFT (see eftuniverse.com).If these measures don't help enough seek professional help.
