Try psychotherapy.: They use kava kava for anxiety but even this has side effects. If you don't want anti-anxiety medications, try to find a behavioral therapist. Your pcp is yo999999999999ur best bet to get referred to one.

However, also consider meditation, exercise, counseling &homeopathy.
