You need to address: your work related anxiety. See that you are taking citalopram but there is no mention of therapy. Avoidance won't get you through this. Encourage you to deal with this issue in counseling. Figure out what aspects of work are really upsetting you so that you can work on those. Take care.

Well: You really answered the question. You are anxious about honing back to work in a few days. Relax, do some deep breathing, maybe some really good exercise will help. Do you have a person you trust you could have confidence in and talk ?. Maybe making a list of what is bothering you & beside each thing an action you could take would help. See a counselor: Identify the reasons while your work provokes anxiety and planning on how manage the concerns may help. Also may benefit from desensitization by going to yout work if possible a couple of times before. If anxiety is extreme the use of short acting benzodiazepam for short period may be justified bearing in mild the potential dependence
