Large neck cyst: If you are just simply wanting it incised and drained (with the risk for recurrence), you can call doctors in your area and inform them of your budget and see if any will be able to accommodate you. If you want it removed, the fees are much higher as the procedure takes more time and precision and involves more risk. With obamacare, your son should be able to obtain insurance for this.
