I had a sebaceous cyst removed from my neck 2 weeks ago. underneath the incision it feels a little lumpy. is it sutures? how long til it's flattens ?

Ask the surgeon: There are probably sutures under the skin needing time to absorb. There is probably residual inflammation which will slowly subside.
