Depends: Most antibiotics are not affected by mild alcohol intake but Flagyl and Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) can be. Generally it's not a good idea to drink alcohol when taking antibiotics as there may be more chance to develop nausea and vomiting. Your mild drinking of alcohol most likely didn't interfere with your treatment.
