Usually, yes: Try ice packs or warm packs and over the counter medicines such as naproxen. Also, take a break from soccer for a couple of weeks. Because of the unique movements soccer athletes make, this is a very common injury. But if it doesn't improve, you should see a doctor because it could be something worse.
