Can you tell me about suggestions how to numb the back of a man's head so that an elipator will work to remove hair?

ENT doc: I have provided a long acting local anesthetic injecttion for a few patients for purpose of epilation. Contact a local ENT doc and ask about this. Alternatively, there are a few good topical skin penetrating local anesthetics that can be applied. Not as effective but probably sufficient. you also need an MD to prescribe this agen.
