Wouldn't recommend: Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) has way too many side effects, and this got it removed from the FDA approved drug list, so it is not legally available in the US. It increases pulse and blood pressure, causes anxiety and insomnia, and has been associated with severe problems in small numbers of people (heart attack, stroke). Studies have shown that stimulants are not good in achieving weight loss, keeping it off.
