What is enlarged heart, and a tortuous aorta?

X-Ray Finding: This sounds like a report from a chest x-ray. Chest x-ray can detect whether a heart is enlarged or not. It can also look at the aorta and give a sense of whether the aorta has a normal "smooth" course or a more pronounced one. In and of themselves, these findings don't necessarily mean anything specific, and could need more followup tests.
