Can i be having a reaction to surgical sutures?

Possible: Most of the current surgical sutures are made of synthetic material like glycol polymers , usually do not give reactions , in very few allergy to the chemicals is possible . But biological sutures used less often like ' cat gut ' made from bovine intestines possible to have inflammatory reaction in rare instenses .
