Ramsay Hunt: The diagnosis and treatment of ramsay hunt syndrome is a bit complex. Your neurologist should have a crack at it and if you still are having lots of problems may refer you a subspecialty neurologist or pain specialist. Use of anti-viral medications, treatment of post herpetic neuralgia, and use of steroids have probably already been discussed with you or tried.
