Sounds like a quiz: Sounds like you're trying to answer a quiz question. CPR is done in with the patient in the supine position. However, I think you may be asking how do you improve blood flow to the brain, if that's the case, and someone has a low blood pressure, you may be thinking of the Trendelenburg position, where the head is positioned at the lowest point.
