Its good: Lichen planus is an inflammatory cutaneous and mucous membrane reaction pattern of unknown etiology. Azathioprine can be an effective steroid-sparing treatment for generalized lichen planus. Azathioprine alone is an alternative therapy, especially when there are risk factors against corticosteroid use. Y. Check with your physician or dentist.
